On earth There is no Heaven but... There are pieces of it



I live in “Nikahatikanda”, a village situated in the Western Province, towards the end of the Gampaha District.😊 Out of all the many places blessed by the beauty of the Mother Nature, my village is one of them. 😍💖 The residents of my village live in peace and harmony. The people help each other out and immense unity can be seen within the people. 😀

The name “Nikahatikanda” was put to use in the past as “Ekahatikanda”. You can see a lush green mountain in every corner of the village no matter where you eye it because my village is surrounded by a mountain range with steep, sloping sides and rounded ridges. This mountain range adds elegance to my village and sometimes it crosses mind if this mountain range is a source of protection provided by Mother Nature for the villagers. 😌




Most of the villagers engage in the field of agriculture. Due to that several paddy fields can be seen in the village. No words are enough to describe the comfort of a paddy field.😌 The cold breeze in a paddy field is lovely.😍 The villagers are joyful and festive on the day the crops are harvested after their hard work. On the day the crops are harvested the local ladies of the village, prepare a meal called “Ambula” which is a delicious delicacy I love to partake of. 😋😍



The river situated down the village is the considered as the boundary of the village. This river which embellish the village consists of clean water. There is also a vine bridge across the river that flows below the village. This is it..👇👇

 Me and my family members visit this waterfall often.😎 Bathing in this waterfall provides a relaxing sensation to the body which is quiet wonderful.😌😌 We never forget to click some pictures of the amazing surrounding of this waterfall. 😇👇


Various places beautifies my village.😍 Most of the people don’t get the experience living in a pleasing village like mine.😐💔 I’m extremely joyful and proud regarding the fact that I get to live in this village.😌😎😍 I will always love and adore this gorgeous area which I reside in.😘😍💖💖

💖Mother is very special and important person for every child. She is an idol of affection and love. I am so happy that I have received the best mother in the world. 😍💝        👩‍🏫 She is a teacher who always pushes the students to do their best. I most like and love a place, which is my school.😍 My school is situated at the area of kirindiwela in the Gampaha district. That is known as the central collage of the kirindiwela. My school is very famous respectable college at Dompe area.
